1. Support Payment Refund Rules
Support payments are voluntary, one-time contributions for extension development and are normally non-refundable. Refund requests will only be accepted within 7 days of payment with proof of accidental duplicate orders.
2. Refund Application Process
All refund applications must submit your Creem order ID via our website contact method. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment channel within 5–10 business days.
3. Refund Exclusion Scenarios
Refund requests will be rejected for:
- Dissatisfaction with extension features without technical failure
- Violation of Terms of Service such as cracking or commercial resale
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after payment
